Aliaksei Alsheuski

I launch products, from idea to revenue.

Release notes

  • I take products from idea to revenue: what to build, who pays for it, how it ships and how it keeps running.
  • Led development of two products: 70+ people, 13–14 leads reporting to me. Owners and stakeholders, plans and estimates, hiring.
  • Founded and built AppView, a SaaS with 200+ paying customers in 10 currencies. I wrote its production system myself.
  • AI agents joined the teams I run: I set the problem, they implement, I accept against tests and production metrics.
  • Open to Head of Engineering, product lead and CTO roles, and to launching products for clients.

    This site

Portfolio · static site in English and Russian
    • Built like a product: content, design, build pipeline and performance.
    • Built on Astro: pages ship as plain HTML, no framework runs in the browser.
    • Page transitions run as a git command while the next page loads.
    • Every push is built, checked and deployed automatically.
    • Next: open the repository.

    • Replaces five popular extensions: ColorZilla, WhatFont, CSS Peeper, Site Palette and Page Ruler. Hover any element to see its color, font, CSS and size.
    • Eyedropper with WCAG contrast, real rendered font, CSS inspector, page palette and ruler.
    • Free, no ads and no network requests: everything runs locally, even on localhost and file://.
    • Product, UX and development, from market analysis to the Chrome Web Store release. Found the gap with my own AppView data.

Chrome Web Store analytics for people who build, market or buy extensions. The store shows today's numbers; AppView keeps the history.

    • 200+ paying customers in 10 currencies; monthly revenue grew ~20× from the first months to the peak.
    • First sales channel: a community of extension builders as design partner. Warm customers convert at ~8% against ~1% cold.
    • History for ~426k store items, advanced search with export, publisher rankings, source viewer.
    • Wrote the system myself through mid-2026; since then AI agents implement to my specs.
